No ones pain is the same, but there are common ways we physiologically process and psychologically perceive pain. Unfortunately many modern life factors can amplify and reinforce the Set up, triggers, Actions and Reactions in a pain cascade.
However this does not mean we are trapped. With patience and practice these points can also act as portals for us to Accept, respect, redirect and release pain too.
Fortunately the lessons learned can also lead to a new relationship with suffering and benefits beyond the pain.
